I’m Bodo Schönfeld, an IT generalist with a focus on Swift/Python development and writer from Kiel, Germany. I started my working life as a lawyer, but soon switched to my real passion – the IT business. I have been an all-rounder for almost the last 15 years, handling many different aspects of hard and software based computer technology. Since the beginning of my college time I already did quite a lot of programming, starting with Visual Basic and HTML. I stumbled over Linux (mainly Debian, Ubuntu and SuSE) and macOS right from the start of my programming life which let to iOS programming now being my main focus. Over time I also acquired basic knowledge in web development (HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript). And seven years ago another programming language became one of my favorites: Python.
